- Power Tools, Hardware Machines, and Equipment: Return within 30 days if unused or defective.
- Accessories (Batteries, etc.): Returns are not accepted unless faulty upon delivery.
To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified.
- Items without their original packaging, manuals, or accessories.
- Customized orders or products marked as non-returnable at the time of sale.
- Consumables (such as batteries and fuses) unless defective upon receipt.
